Condition

Authentic original antique or vintage used condition. Would originally have had a cork seal but this has now perished and is missing due to age and use. No sign of repair or restoration. Usual patination, dints, dents to the pewter, wear and signs of use typical of an antique or vintage item of this age. This item has not been tested for being watertight so I recommend it is used as a decorative item only. The makers marks on the base or not legible. Please carefully check all the photos for close up details as they form an integral part of the description. All of our items are antique, vintage or used so will show signs of wear and imperfections commensurate with a pre loved item of that age. We do our best to photograph and explain the condition of the item as best we can. If you have any questions, or a condition issue with any of our items, please contact Antiques Central direct and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem as quickly and as effectively as possible. Always remember, when buying vintage items, they will have signs of use but that is also what makes them so unique.
