Condition

Overall good but not mint condition. Some of the books have marks to the covers and have light fading due to age and use. Condition of all 12 portfolios is acceptable. The spines on all 12 volumes have some damage but all are complete and binding is tight. There is some foxing to the inside protective envelopes, inner covers and internal binding. Occasional marks on few of the individual colour plates. The inner pages and illustrations are clean and bright. There is dust staining to outer edges. Please carefully check all the photos for close up details as they form an integral part of the description. All of our items are antique, vintage or used so will show signs of wear and imperfections commensurate with a pre loved item of that age. We do our best to photograph and explain the condition of the item as best we can. If you have any questions, or a condition issue with any of our items, please contact Antiques Central direct and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem as quickly and as effectively as possible. Always remember, when buying vintage items, they will have signs of use but that is also what makes them so unique.
